Driver bag
Driver airbags are circular in shape. Individual numbers of reinforcements can be sewn onto the gas inlet and outlet openings; the openings are then cut out with a hot punching unit or a laser cutting system. The joining seam of the airbag is sewn with a perimeter stitching unit. As an option, we also offer automatic systems for feeding in the airbag layers (for overlapping methods), tape feeders (top and bottom) and removal systems.
All the renowned air bag manufacturers worldwide use Keilmann Group systems, for example TRW, Takata, Key Safety, Delphi, Autoliv, Car Trim and the ITG Group Systems: KL100, FP100, KL110, KL201, KL 405 laser & hot punching unit
