Filter tubes

Sewing facings and take-up elements onto liquid filters is not easy when the filters are large. Our sewing unit solves this problem with a 360° continuously rotating stitching head. Designed for element or sewing fields of 1,000 x 1,000 mm up to 4,000 x 5,000 mm, large or several small filter cloths can be inserted into a template take-up and produced. A fully or partially overlapping process can be operated with the template changing table installed in front. We meet customer-specific requirements with an electromotive adjustable presser foot height, a second thread tensioning device and a clamping fixture for starting threads and end threads. Our international customers operating this sewing unit include Markert, Junker Filter, Micronics, Nakao Filter, Nordifa and others.
