Heating pads, heating blankets

As the only manufacturer we offer fully automated equipment for the manufacture of heating ‎pads and heating blankets. Thanks to this, our customers can manufacture their products for ‎just a fraction of the costs and in just the fraction of the time which would be required for ‎‎(partly) manual production. The layers of material are cut to size from the bale automatically ‎and are then transferred to the needle frame. The resistance wire is fed and laid according to ‎a freely programmable scheme. There is no break between this station and the next: the ‎upper textile layer is put on.

Sixteen ultra-sound sonotrodes sized 300 x 100 mm join the ‎layers which are provided with an adhesive. They weld the individual dots over the entire ‎area. In the last working step, the parts are separated by the cross cutter – if several repeats ‎have been produced – and are provided with a border, if required. In this way, up to five ‎blankets per minute can be produced fully automatically; the maximum blanket size is 160 x ‎‎220 cm.‎
