Seats and upholstery
The design and function of car seats differs greatly. Seats with an integrated side airbag must meet stringent safety requirements. Laminated material covers, the finest leathers, Alcantara/ultra-suede and other materials are used. Our sewing systems include CNC sewing units with 360° rotating stitching heads to allow freely programmable sewing processes and reproducible seams in any seam direction. Multi-needle sewing units can sew seat parts in one production process. At the same time seat heating systems, tapes and OKE strips can also be sewn underneath. The seam documentation system documents the thread tension during the sewing process as well as the correct stitch length and much more. Pompadour pockets (backrest pouches) and many more steps in the process are sewn at our “designed sewing workstationsâ€. Systems: KL 110, seam documentation system KL 210
