Side bag
Side bags are not round, so they need to be produced with special sewing methods. Two-needle machines are generally used for the joining seam and a 360° freely rotating sewing machine is used for very small sizes.
As an option, we also offer automatic systems for feeding in the airbag layers (for overlapping methods), tape feeders (top and bottom) and removal systems.
All the renowned air bag manufacturers worldwide use Keilmann Group systems, for example TRW, Takata, Key Safety, Delphi, Autoliv, Car Trim and the ITG Group Systems: KL100, FP100, KL110, KL120, KL121, KL 405 laser & hot punching unit
