Tire cord and conveyor belt fabric

Tire cord and conveyer belt fabrics are produced fully automatically today. At throughput ‎speeds of up to 100m/min, durable, tear and wear resistant tapes are produced which are ‎stretched and then run through a dipping bath. Our technology is applied when two belts ‎need to be connected while production is running. The required joining seams made with ‎polyester and nylon yarns are sown in parallel by 10-12 needles. This is done at a very high ‎speed to keep the material store as small as possible.

Our equipment is not only the leader ‎in terms of speed but also excels by its flexibility. For example, the bridge of the sewing unit ‎can be moved without touching the seam while the process is running. Our customers ‎include manufacturers such as Benninger, Dunlop Fenner, Kordarna, Textilcord, Polytex, ‎Performance Fibres, SRF and Shiram Rayons.
