Special manufacture system for filter pockets out of synthetic materials

For manufacture of single filter pockets out of synthetic material with constant or tapered pocket design with spacers out of non-woven material, spacer design Top Spacer or Diamond Spacer. Alternatively, simple pocket designs without spacers can be manufactured.

    Application
    • Filter pockets for air filtration in different filtration classes, especially for use of heavy and dense filter media
    Set-up

    Unwind system for up to 3 rolls of material

    Edge control for exact material feed

    Ultrasonic welding station for side seams and spacers

    • Sturdy frame for take-up of all welding components, pivoting design (0 – 15°) for manufacture of straight and / or tapered filter pockets in airflow direction
    • Spacer manufacturing: continuous process from roll for Top Spacer design
    • Spacer feeding of pre-manufactured Diamond Spacers out of magazine (optional)
    • Ultrasonic tooling with pneumatic actuation for welding of dense filter media, weld seam width 6 – 8 mm

    Ultrasonic welding station for bottom seam

    • Solid frame for take-up of welding components, electromotive adjusting for different pocket lengths
    • Integrated round knife cutting system for length cutting
    • Ultrasonic tooling with pneumatic actuation for welding of dense filter media, weld seam width 6 – 8 mm

    Plate shears cutting system

    • Recipe controlled cutting of pockets in the side seam
    • Cutting angle according to side seam

    Stacking unit for manufactured filter pockets and putting on transport belt
    Fully automatic manufacture system with S7 PLC and touch screen operator panel
    Programmed recipes for different pocket designs
