Glueing
Depending on the type of glue used, textiles are joined through the effect of heat, pressure and moisture. Materials are joined by laminary joints or linear joints. Sufficient adhesion between the textile surfaces is important for durability. Hot-melt adhesives and spray glues are used in our systems, for example to secure the seams of filter pockets on the top and the underside and to seal the insertion holes made by the needles.
