Quality assurance

At the request of our customers, we integrate systems for monitoring and documenting their processes into our systems. For example sewing: our seam documentation system enables our customers to immediately recognise faults in the production process and to retrace all the parameters relevant to the process. This method is often integrated in PPS systems. For example, the yarn used in a rewind process is recorded, material batches of leather are read with barcode scanners, the number and length of stitches are checked when sewing and thread tension is constantly monitored and documented. Manufacturers such as Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Eibel, Prevent, Bosmark, Lear, Car Trim, Jonson Controls and Visteon use our seam documentation systems.
