Ultrasonic welding
Ultrasound is used to join technical textiles and fleeces. The heat required is generated by mechanical vibration. The advantage: the material is not damaged by sewing needles or radiant heat. The individual position, shape and spacing of the welding points can additionally support required product properties.
This process is ideal for articles produced in large numbers and for short product life cycles. Process times, only a few tenths of a second, are extremely short and energy consumption is low.
Close cooperation with Branson Ultraschall enables us to offer the highest standard of technology. Our solutions range from ultra-sonic welding systems to fully automatic production lines.
Applications: Filter pockets and filter tubes
Systems: USW 980, KL 975 and KL 213 |
